Where do you supply to?
We are based in ECHUCA/MOAMA and supply many towns in our district including Deniliquin, Mathoura, Tongala, Kyabram, Rochester, Elmore, Bendigo, Moroopna, Shepparton and Melbourne customers. We also have our ONLINE STORE which we will ship products anywhere in Australia*

Do you price match?
We want your business! Being a member of the Lighting Network helps our small business stay competitive but if you find one of our stocked items cheaper somewhere else we will definitely price match or beat it! These include prices from Beacon Lighting, Bunnings Warehouse, Middys, AWM or other major retailers. (*Conditions apply on online sales that include delivery)
Do you Layby?
Layby is available on any purchases. We are happy to help you pay off your purchase at your own leisure. Especially for a new home or renovation where you may need a large amount of fittings.
Are gift vouchers available?
Yes we have gift vouchers available.
Shipping/Returns Policy:
Our policy lasts 7 days after receiving the item. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Policy: We fulfil our orders ASAP. Once paid for goods should be received within 14 days unless notified of otherwise.
We do not fulfil orders under $50.00 with Free Freight. (POSTAGE FEE APPLIES AT CHECKOUT IF UNDER $50.00)
FREE FREIGHT applies to street address's ONLY - (PO Box's/Parcel Lockers are available at extra charge - please call us on 03 5480 2238 to discuss)
*Some Area's in Australia are remote and not serviceable by our regular couriers, If this is the case we will contact you to organise another freight option or process a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Return Shipping for change of Mind is to be paid by you, and your refund will have the original shipping cost deducted from it once received back to us in original condition including packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@roundaboutlighting.com.au
